De Rose Masonry has been building and restoring across Grey Bruce since 1964. What started as one man's trade has grown into a family legacy — but the work ethic has never changed.
How it started
It started with Domenic De Rose, who came to Canada with a trowel, a strong back, and a determination to build something lasting. He learned the trade the old way — by doing it, day after day, job after job — and built a reputation in Grey Bruce that spread entirely by word of mouth.
Over the decades, the business passed through the family. Each generation brought the same commitment: show up on time, do the work right, and stand behind it. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just honest masonry.
Today, De Rose Masonry is still a family operation. We still take on every job personally, we still answer our own phone, and we still believe that the best advertisement is a wall that holds for 40 years.
